FRC Global purchases Alltherm Services, Inc.
Acquisition of Alltherm extends FRC Global’s strong market presence, expands company product portfolio
LOWELL, IND. – FRC Global today announced its purchase of Alltherm Services, Inc., a company that produces fiber modules, repair materials for ceramic linings, and specialized fabrication services for the metals industry. This acquisition extends FRC Global’s strong market presence while commemorating the retirement of Alltherm Services founders Jerry and Yvonne Skorupa.
The Skorupas started Alltherm Services in 1986 with a goal to provide services and products to help their clients maximize efficiency and cost savings. Over its 38 years in business, the company has built a reputation as the go-to experts for custom refractory products and installation services. Now called Alltherm under FRC Global, the company will continue to operate with its existing product and customer base out of Lowell.

FRC Global supplies refractories, electrodes, and high temperature combustion systems for the metals industry. With its complementary offerings and capabilities, FRC will leverage Alltherm’s existing facilities and expertise to bring manufacturing of some of its refractory products to the United States, keeping jobs and innovation in Lowell.
