Jake Pedretti
Director of Operations
Jake Pedretti serves as the director of operations for FRC Global. In this role, he oversees daily operational activities for the company and its subsidiary, Alltherm. Jake’s objective is to ensure efficient commercial and manufacturing processes and timely delivery of quality products to customers.
Prior to joining FRC Global, Jake held operations and plant management roles at Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, Inc. and Trillium Flow Technologies, respectively. Work with Bauer and Trillium focused on projects to streamline/enhance supplier relationships and increase shop efficiency and quality through capital projects. He began his career at Chart Industries, Inc., where he spent eight years across manufacturing engineering, engineering management, and quality roles, including a multi-year expat assignment in China. These experiences equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and operational management.
Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. His experience also includes work as a certified ISO 9001 internal auditor.
Based in a town north of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jake enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys activities that cross all four seasons: golf, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding.
