Jim Conrad leads the company’s global sales and service team, ensuring strong customer relationships and product excellence. With a deep understanding of refractories, he plays a critical role in expanding and strengthening the company’s product lines while maintaining rigorous quality control to provide customers with consistent and reliable solutions.

Jim joined the company in 1998 as a product manager and has grown with the business, taking on increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, and product leadership. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for his expertise in refractories, which has contributed to product development, research, marketing, and sales strategies that help drive business growth.

Jim has nearly 40 years of experience in the refractories industry with roles across multiple facets of the business. His knowledge has been instrumental in positioning FRC Global as a trusted industry partner.

Outside of work, Jim has a passion for classic cars and can often be found cruising the hills of Pennsylvania in a vintage muscle car.
