Leanne Pate
Director of People Operations
Owner
Leanne Pate oversees FRC Global’s human resources programs, technology integration, safety and training initiatives, and companywide communications. She is passionate about lifelong learning and thrives on uncovering new ideas that enhance both personal and professional growth.
In 2020, Leanne and her two sisters, Julie and Dianne, created one cohesive company, FRC Global, by restructuring Fedmet Resources Corporation and its sub-brands into one entity. Today, Leanne, Julie, and Dianne are the second-generation owners and operators of FRC Global.
Prior to joining Fedmet in 2018, Leanne spent nearly 10 years with The Walt Disney Company. With Disney, Leanne held various supervisory and managerial roles within operations and support services at Walt Disney World’s Epcot.
Leanne holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and visual arts and new media from the State University of New York at Fredonia, as well as a master’s degree in leadership and an MBA from Webster University.
Based in Florida, Leanne enjoys exploring the state with her husband and two children and finds joy in new life experiences and adventures.
